Lisa Whittleton is a financial advisor that specializes in helping families navigate the complexities of financial planning for people with disabilities. Lisa is recognized as a subject matter expert in the areas of ODSP, DTC, RDSP and other confusing acronyms, regularly presenting to professionals and community groups to increase awareness of what is available to special needs individuals. Prior to this, Lisa worked with the federal government, including positions in the Deputy Minister and Minister’s Offices at Health Canada.
Born in Tokyo, Japan into a diplomatic family, Lisa lived abroad throughout her childhood but always called Ottawa home. In her spare time, she loves to travel the world, garden and play with her dog, Jake.
